深煎りのスマトラマンデリンにしました。深み、苦味のあるコーヒーで、ミルクを少しずつ足して、私好みの味にして、いただきました。
マスターが一人、ハンドドリップでコーヒーを淹れています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日、他に用事もあって秋田県内の1時間ほど離れた所のこちらのモーニング行ってみようと思い朝10:00過ぎに着いてお店に入ったところ店主さんが休憩に入る為と追い返されました。クチコミも良いと思い行ってみたのですが、営業中の時間帯のはずがまさかの対応。ショックでした。概要に入れておいて欲しいですね。

本日の珈琲は、エチオピアでした。甘い香りで美味しいコーヒーでした。
チーズケーキには柿のジャム、ジャムはお砂糖でなくハチミツで味付けされており珍しかったです。
どちらも美味しくいただきました。
