産後に子供の薬を処方で伺うとやはり人気なのかとても込み合ってました。結構待ちますかと伺ったらかなり混んでますのでと言われたので子供もマスクなし!コロナもあったので、後でまた来ます!といって処方箋をお渡しして5分から10分後に戻ったのですが込み合ってました!そして、私の後に受付した方が薬がお会計で呼ばれており、なぜ私は呼ばれないんだろう?と思い店員さんに尋ねました!少々お待ちください。と言われかなり待たされ、子供は愚図りお店にもご迷惑かけてしまいました!
そして、30分まって薬が来たと思ったら店員さんにこの度はお待たせして申し訳ありませんでした!後で取りに来ると言われましたので先に待たれていた方を優先させていただきました。このような事にならないように次回からは「5分~10分ちょっと出てきます。」お客様より言って欲しいのと、戻ったらお名前と戻りましたといっていただけますか?と言われました。
私も薬が出来るのをまってました。優先と言うのはお店で待っている方の事を言うのでしょうか?
そして、戻ってきたら声かけてくださいとお店を出るときに一言欲しかったです。また、戻りの時間まで教えてくれる丁寧なお客さんなんてなかなか、いないかと思います。

以前よりも棚高く陳列する様になったので圧迫感。
レジの支払いがセルフに変更。
(電子マネー系は申告制)
ですが、高齢者はスタッフにお金を渡そうとするので「そちらに投入してください」と説明。
来店する度にそのやり取りを見るので正直通常レジのままが良かったんじゃないかなと。
地域的に高齢者多いので1回説明しても次来た時に忘れてそう…。
閉店30分前位から店頭のワゴンを店内に片付けるので入り口付近が狭くて買い物しずらい。
商品棚によっては完全に片付けたワゴンで塞がれてしまうので自力で取るのは不可能。
ちょっと閉店作業のタイミングが早すぎる気もする…。
