大	大澤日出美 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 広く感じるし品揃えが良いような気がする。まだ、行きなれていないので断定はできないけど…食品が沢山あるのは嬉しい。お気に入りアイスが安かったりする♡ It feels wide and the product lineup is good. I can't say for sure because I haven't gotten used to it yet ... I'm glad that there are a lot of food. My favorite ice cream is cheap ♡
川	川瀬吉弘 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 元バチンコ店の跡地に開店したスギ薬局ですね！開店してから定期的に出るチラシを見てお値打ち商品があり仕事の帰りに度々利用していたのですが今回チラシ掲載最終日の閉店40分前頃行きチラシの商品を買おうとしたら特価の値段が変更されていました。入口と出口が別なのでレジの前を通らないといけないのでやむを得ず必要ない商品を購入して帰ったのですが、納得出来なかったので朝一本部へ電話したのですが5人待ちの音声が流れてこれが午前中ずっと同じ！さすがに腹がたって直接店舗に電話したら店長に伝えますとの事。その後店長から電話がありチラシ最終日の一時間前に全店舗値段の表記を変えるとの事。ただしレジではチラシ掲載の値段で会計しますとの事でした。しかしこの内容がチラシに掲載されているわけでなくやはり知らない人は戸惑うと思いました。店長からは今後分かる様に張り紙をするとの事でした。最終本部に苦情のメール入れたところ後日謝罪のメールが届きました。会社の方針がわからない訳ではありませんがもっと消費者の立場に立って欲しかったです。 It's a Sugi drugstore that opened on the site of a former pachinko shop! However, this content is not posted on the leaflets, and I thought that people who did not know it would be confused. The store manager said that he would put up a poster so that he could understand it in the future. When I sent a complaint email to the final headquarters, I received an apology email at a later date. It's not that I don't understand the company policy, but I wanted it to be more from the consumer's point of view.
