病院から先にFAXしていて、他に待っている患者もいなかったのに30分近く待たされた。確かに初めて来局してアンケート記入は必要だったとしても、もう少し準備できたはず。おかげで待たされた子どもは泣き叫び、それを見ても全く急ぐそぶりを見せず、こちらが急いでいる態度でも焦ることもなくだらだら説明を続け、本当にひどかった。丁寧に仕事をすればいいわけではないと思う。
