玉子を買い駐輪場に、自転車が倒れそうになり、かごから玉子が落ちて割れてしまいました。
袋を貰いに店内へ
「すいません玉子落としてしまって袋を一枚貰えませんか。」と
店員さんが、「今、お買い上げして頂いたので、お持ち頂いたら新しいのと交換します。」お店、店員さんは何も悪くない。1000%自分の不注意なのに。
親切、丁寧に感じ良くて、凄く気持ちの良い買い物が出来ました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ よく利用してます。店内は綺麗で他の店舗と比べて広いと思います。中川運河沿いにあるのでお客は常に多く、週末などは時間帯にもよるが、レジ待ちのお客が列を作っています。ひとつ不満をあげるとしたら、ウォーターサーバーによる純水配布サービスがないこと。よく利用する店舗で純水配布がないのはひじょうに残念です。なんとか純水配布サービスを開始してほしい。

問題なのは処方せんの対応で、処方せんを渡してから薬を受け取るまでに長い時間待たされます(薬の種類にもよりますがそれでも遅いです)。
また調剤師から薬の説明をしてくれるのですが、どこか威張ってるような感じもあり、受け取る者に対してあまり丁寧とは言えません。
副作用の説明も紙に記載されておらず口だけなので気を付けてください。
あと過去に処方した薬の数を大きく間違えて渡されたこともありました。命に関わることなので受け取る人は予め確認するするよう十分ご注意ください。
