It was a very good dam. The spillway was very impressive in the ski jumping ceremony. There is a way to go down, but it seems to be severe.

慰霊碑がある事も知ってましたから今回はまず慰霊碑に手を合わせてからの見学です
この時点では8月末迄ダム カードを配布を中止とかいてありますが恐らく10月の今も配布中止されていると思います
ダムカードは玄関ホールの記入用紙に記入して外の郵便受けに入れとけば郵送で送ってくれる見たいです
郵便受けの写真もアップしておりますので参考にして下さい
すげさわダムは国交省のダムなので現時点では11月から配布が再開される予定ですが、ご自身で確認してから訪問をお願い致します
この日は昼に訪問したのですが気温が上がり日陰も無いので天端を歩くと熱中症になりそうな程
写真だけそそくさと撮って次の訪問地大宮ダムを目指しました

結構男らしい堂々としたデザインのダムです
2020/08/01 Revisited
I also knew that there was a memorial monument, so this time I will visit after putting my hands on the memorial monument.
At this point, it says that the distribution of the dumb card will be canceled until the end of August, but I think that the distribution is still canceled in October.
I would like to see the dumb card sent by mail if you fill out the entry form in the entrance hall and put it in the outside mailbox.
Please refer to the photo of the mailbox as well.
Since the Sugesawa Dam is a dam of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, distribution is scheduled to resume from November at this time, but please check for yourself before visiting.
I visited in the daytime on this day, but the temperature has risen and there is no shade, so walking on the top is likely to cause heat stroke.
I took a photo and aimed at the next destination, Omiya Dam.
