★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何科に行っても異常なく、すでにその時点で憔悴！そんな時に同級生に紹介してもらって通院してます。23区内に引っ越して都心の精神科にも行きましたが、先生と合わない！って事で片道1時間半かけて通院してます。基本、薬を最低限しか処方してくれないので、良くなった時には薬抜けしやすいと思います

しかし、受付の方、電話対応の方がすごく酷いです。この方達のせいでこの病院の印象が最悪になると思います。
予約の変更とお薬の相談をしたく電話で真剣に相談をしたら鼻で笑われて、本当にびっくりして言葉が出ませんでした。
来院した際もこちらの質問に、目も合わさず深く頷くだけ。
お話が出来ない方なのでしょうか。
夫の通院の付き添いですが心療内科なのに受付の方は何も気を配れない方なのかなと、悲しくなりました。

心療内科を受信しようとしましたが、あまりにも心無い対応なので心が折れてしまいました。
病院に初めて通おうと思っていらっしゃる方は、ご自分ではなく御家族に予約をとって頂いた方がいいと思います。
いつかけてもイライラしている様子で、もう少しご配慮頂けたらな、と思いました。
