平然と嘘をつくし、客に難癖をつけたり、前に確約した条件を簡単に翻したりします。作り話もしょっちゅうです。まるで客を不愉快にさせることを楽しんでいるかのようです。
巣鴨のあたりでこの店の悪い噂はよく聞いていましたが、噂通りでした。
口コミでも都合の悪いことを指摘されると
「他の店とお間違えではないでしょうか」
などととぼけていますが、まるで他人事ですね。

返信してきたのはO本人ですね。
まるで同僚がOから聞き取りをしたかのように作り話をしてこちらの指摘を平然と否定し、まるで当方に非があるように見せかけて嘘をつき、最後に脅しをする。
私にしつこく嫌がらせをしたのと手口がまったく同じです。言葉遣いも同じ。
「本人は、性格も温厚で誠実な人間であり、信望も厚く」とか自分で言うのですからあきれます。
