★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 作る人によるのだろうが、スープがぬるく薄い、麺がくたくたで微妙な時がある。出来にムラがあるので同じスガキヤを食べるなら他のとこ行った方がいい。

子供の頃から慣れ親しんだ、カツオとんこつの白いスープと香り。
どんなに堅茹でしても、延びていく速度の早い麺。何もかもを引っくるめて大好きなスガキヤである。中の人に幸あれと思うのです。
