ハンドル下のカゴに足を乗せてタバコを吸っている従業員がいました。
白衣を着ていたので厨房のスタッフだと思いますが、あまりにも酷いと思います。
タバコを吸うこと自体は構いませんが、お客様に商品を届けるバイクにだらしなく足を乗せているのはサービス業として如何なものでしょうか。食べ物を扱うサービス業なのですから、最低限のマナーある休憩の仕方を指導した方がいいのでは？
他の方々もタバコについて仰られているのに、少しも改善しようとしないのですね。それとも、これが改善した光景なのでしょうか。
商品は美味しくて何度も注文していましたが、もうやめます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いちいち配達する器に企業努力のメッセージの紙を入れてきてとても鬱陶しい。中身はぬるくなっている時もあれば、冷凍状態ですぐに食べれない時もあったり。ネタ倍盛りにしても厚さはない。
何よりも平気で1時間以上待たせて、配達遅れの電話もない。キャンセルしたくても配達中なので～、とキャンセルさせないように繰り返し言うだけ。1度商品が崩れてつくり直して遅れる、という事があったが 上記の通りぬるかったし、あら汁なんかはつくり直してもいないので冷えている。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ あのマグロは、値段で考えるとアリだと思います。少し違和感のある口コミを色々と書かれているので応援も込めて書きます。
コロナ禍で頑張っているお店は工夫して生き残ろうとしているので、Uberとかで別店舗やっているのは、別に構わないと思います。
店名についても世界的に被らない様にするのは不可能ですし、国内においても同じ名前とかあると思うのでそれについては、どうかと思います。スナック「愛」とか色んなところにあると思うので、マクドナルドくらい知れてるところじゃ無ければ良いんでは？少なくとも私は知りませんでした。
タバコに関しては、休憩中にキッチン内で吸うよりは良いと思います。（ゴミは、きちんと捨てましょうね。）
衛生面については、記載通りであれば改善点もあると思います。人の生命を扱う様なものなので、事故とか起こらない様に
私含めて、あくまでも私見ですのでご了承ください。口コミも行った事無い人とか平気で書けるからなぁ〜。
美味しくいただき体調も良くまた注文しますね。

他のレビュアーさんのコメントにもある通り、思いっきり外でスマホいじりながら煙草を吸っていました。 なのですぐ気付きました（笑）

お寿司を入れる容器や配達で使うであろうバッグが外に放置されている。桶はお寿司入れるんじゃないですか？それを外に放置… こんな場所で作っているんですか。。。

周辺の床。その辺りで煙草吸っていましたけど、灰皿は見当たりませんでした。

Uberで【MAHALO poke】というブランドもやっているようですが、スペインの【MAHALO poke】とは関係あるのでしょうか？？ こんな看板（紙）ですけど・・ それとも偶然の一致ですかね？？ スペインのpokeとはコンセプトが違いそうですが盛り付けは似ていますね。
気になったのでホームページを見ましたが、【MAHALO poke】に関しては一切説明なく、海の詩に関しても、会社概要欄には店舗紹介のみでどんな会社がどの位の資本金で代表者は誰がやっているのか等が全く不明です。これを株式会社の会社概要として掲載している時点で既に・・・ もし食中毒があったら企業として誰がどのように対応するのでしょうか？ 【令和元年５月1日のスタートより厚生労働省基準、衛生検査をクリアした衛生ルームで業務用に特化したケータリングサービスをスタート！】とありますが、これで厚生労働省基準をクリアできるのですね。
さらには、某出前サイトとここの評価が違い過ぎるのは何故でしょうか。 出前館などのポータルは良い評価しか掲載できませんからこうなっているんでしょうけど。
Facebookの動画では魚を調理するのにアクセサリーをしたままだし、手袋も片方だけって。。。
頼みたい人は頼めば良いと思いますが。これを見てしまった以上私は頼みませんね。。。
