従業員の入れ替わりも激しく、担当職員がすぐ変わる。
人格に問題のある婆ケアマネのヒステリックな声が聞こえることもある。
(障害者じゃなく、ケアマネがヒステリックに怒鳴り散らしている……。ヤバいですよ！)
提供サービス、労働環境共に問題のある事業所だと感じる。
なお、市役所の天下り先のひとつでもある。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ヒステリーなケアマネが、職員に対してとんでもないパワハラを行っています。
ターゲットにしていびり倒し、問題のある人物に仕立て上げて辞めさせます。
結果、ケアマネにゴマをすれる人しか残りません。
また、利用者に対しても、保護者が気に入らない場合は、さも最もらしい理由をつけて、民間業者に移らせます。
職権乱用、思い上がりも甚だしいです。
