★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サービスは悪くないですが、ガス料金はかなりお高いです。また、検針票見たらガス料金が突然値上げされてましたが、価格改定時は利用者にもう少し丁寧なアナウンスがあればありがたいなと思います。
そんなかんじで☆は低めですが、インフラでもあるので今後がんばってください。
