これから景気後退しても、移住人口が、増える可能性もあります。引っ越しを考えている方、視察に来て下さい。特に紫竹や、沼垂より、かなり家賃や、土地代が割安です。でも、最近注目されだしたので、土地は高騰していますよ。その割には店少ないけど(^^;
