★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 安く珈琲や紅茶を楽しめる店が付近に少ないので、時々、利用する。客席は狭いので寛ぎにくい。近くのロッテリアの方が遥かに居心地が良い。バーガーや各種サンドを価格と比べると、ありがたみはないだろう。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、駅周辺に用事があり昼食を済ませていなかったのでこちらのお店を利用しました。
人生で初めてサブウェイを利用したのでシステムが分からず困惑しながら注文をしました。
メニューには注文の際の詳細もわかりづらく、スタッフからの商品の説明などもなく理解しないままオーダーしました。
マクドナルドのように元から仕上がっている商品を提供するならまだしも、お客さん側にいくつかの選択肢があるなら、もっと明確なメニュー表を作成するか、スタッフから商品の説明が必要だと思います。
提供している商品自体は美味しいのにこのシステムだと新規でくるお客さんは自分のような状況になると思います。
一番衝撃だったのは退店時に『ありがとうございました』がなかったのは衝撃でした。
自分も接客業をしているので特に気になってしまったのですが、金銭を支払って利用し、店側に害をもたらしていないのであればそれは立派な利用客です。
利用客に対して最低限の接客がないのであれば今後利用するこはありません。
申し訳ありませんが今回はこの評価にさせて頂きます。

Even though the products we offer are delicious, I think that new customers will be in a situation like themselves with this system.
The most shocking thing was that there was no "Thank you" when I left the store.
I was particularly worried because I am also in the customer service business, but if you pay money and use it and it does not cause any harm to the store side, it is a good customer.
If there is no minimum customer service for customers, we will not use it in the future.

一回、派手にアイスティーをぶちまけてしまった時もほんとによくして頂きました。イートインもテイクアウトもめっちゃ利用してます！
