すごく無愛想で、電話はこちらから切るのがマナーのはずであるのに相手から直ぐに切られた。それ以外にも生意気な態度を取られイライラした。
The reception is terrible
It was very unfriendly, and although it was supposed to be good manners to hang up from here, the other party hung up immediately. Besides that, I was frustrated by the cheeky attitude.

最低！最悪。人を人と思ってない！受け付けの女が特に偉そう。ボールペンカチカチ鳴らしながら上から目線でバカにして話しかけてくる。院長か？何様だ？2回受診したが話しもろくに聞かずにやたらめたら入院をすすめてきた。２回目の診察はまず、医者の第一声で、「いますぐ入院しましょー！した方がいいですよ！」で始まった。はぁー(怒)？気持ち悪くて即診察室でた

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最初にお会いした先生が良かったようで、机挟んで座った時に先生がドジして笑えたから緊張が解れたんだと思います。
その後も、纏まらない話もしっかりと聞いてもらえました。
まだ2回目ですが、通院したいと思います。

The director's reputation is bad! There are people who forge medical certificates and make them from 2nd grade to 1st grade for mentally handicapped people. I think the administration should check it.
