スバルお客様センターに電話したら、スバル千葉東はスバルの正規ディーラーでは無いので、メーカーからは何も言えない！との回答でした。
スバルショップの看板を掲げているので、どうみてもスバルのディーラーに見えます。
なにか騙された感じがしました。
また、社長が変わってから、雰囲気、対応も悪くなったのは、気のせいではないと思います。

納車～一年経過して、ふと携帯してるタイヤ交換ツールを見たらレンチが無くてディーラーに行き説明したら快く、こちらの確認不足でしたと、無料でいただけました。ちょっとした相談から困った時など大変力になるディーラーです。これからも長く愛車の点検&整備をお願いしたいです‼️

たらほとんど値引は無く確認したら買うなら十万円くらい値引いてやってもいいてな感じでしたオマケに見積り依頼したものより上のグレードの車を勧められました。車を売ってやる的な感じで殿様商売だと思った。モチロン他社の車を購入しました。
