担当が変わってから、お店に入ってもこちらを見るだけで全く挨拶なし(笑) 定期点検の為預けたが、帰宅中に電話が鳴り点検内容の話と追加のオススメを聞かれた。電話口じゃなくて預かる時に直接聞けば良いんじゃないかと思う。全体的にダルそうな雰囲気。お店が綺麗な所が唯一の評価。
The sales person I was in charge of before was great.
After changing the department, I just went to the store and just looked at this without greetings at all (lol) I checked in for a regular check, but the phone rang during my return home and was asked about the details of the check and additional recommendations. I think it's better to ask directly when you leave the phone. Atmosphere that seems dull overall. The place where a shop is beautiful is the only evaluation.

車を止めたとき、担当の方だけでなく、誰も出てこずでした。点検内容も説明は無く、こっちから聞かないと教えてくれません。
今度から違うスバルディーラーで見てもらうことにしようと考えています。
親切な対応を受けたい方は他店舗をおすすめします。
I went 3 months ago to do a 1 month inspection.
When I stopped the car, no one came out, not just the person in charge. There is no explanation about the inspection contents, and I will not tell you unless I ask from here.
I'm thinking of seeing it at a different Subaru dealer from now on.

試乗の際も客を置いてけぼりで、本当に売る気あるのか？と思ったほどです。
スバル車を買うにしても他の店舗で買うことにします。
飲み物がセルフで好きなものが選べるのでその点で星＋1です。

Even if I buy a Subaru car, I will buy it at another store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車検に出しました。期日に取りに行ったら、必要ないと担当の方と相談して、そのようにオーダーしたはずのエアコンフィルター交換が勝手になされ、値段も計上されていた。その場で指摘すると、車の中に乗り込み、勝手に新しくしたエアコンフィルターを取り外し、前つけていた古いものに戻されました。自分の感覚では、一度取り外した汚いエアコンフィルターなんて、他の汚いフィルターと一緒に置くなど、丁寧に扱われているはずがないと思います。すごく嫌な気分になりました。車は気に入って長く乗っているし、子どもを連れて行ってもとても親切に良くしてくれますが、この店の整備担当はこの程度の配慮もできない、その程度のサービスです。私の車から取り外された、封を切ったエアコンフィルターは、新品と偽りどなたかの車に再利用されているのでしょう。皆さんも気をつけてください。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 従業員はあまりやる気がない。暇な時と忙しい時で接客態度が、あからさまに違うので気をつけて行くことを推奨します。
トイレは綺麗です。
整備などの料金も不明瞭。聞かないと細かく教えてくれないなど基本的には不親切な店です。
トイレが綺麗とフリードリンクな点はプラス評価。あとはいいところないので星二つ。
Employees are not very motivated. It is recommended to be careful because the customer service attitude is obviously different between free time and busy time.
The toilet is clean.
Fees for maintenance etc. are also unclear. It's basically an unfriendly shop, as it doesn't tell you in detail unless you ask.
The clean toilet and free drinks are a plus. There are no good points, so two stars.
