店舗内が忙しいと迎えはなく、店に入って声をかけて対応してもらう感じです。私は車庫入れの時に手伝われると焦るのでこの方がいいです。
受付の女性はとても丁寧でこちらを気遣った対応をしてくれます。
担当営業も押し付けがましいところもなく親近感があってとても話しやすいです。
メンテナンスは分かりやすく丁寧に説明してくれますし、細やかな対応もしてくれます。
リピーターが多いそうなのですが、長くお世話になるには納得の店舗です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員さんの対応が親切で丁寧です。好感が持てますが、駐車しても店内に入っても誰も出てきません(笑)。もう少し客に対する接遇を研修されては？と思います。近くのト○タ、マ○ダだと車が入ってきた時点で必ず出迎えてくれますが…。全然違いますねぇ。
桑名店は店舗が古く、ショールームなどはありません。駐車場があまりないのが難です。Wi-Fi完備でサクサクです。
2018.11月 完成車検査の不正だけでなく、排ガス、燃費データ、ブレーキ検査の不正等次々と不正が明らかになった。
しかし、ユーザーに対して丁寧に説明・謝罪しようとする姿勢に欠けていると思います。一連の不正が発覚する前に他のディーラーからスバルに乗り換えたが、不正問題が発覚してたら多分購入しなかったかな、と思います。信用が一番だから。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 出先でインプレッサの急なトラブル。連絡したら予定が一杯で見れないと挙げ句に危ないと思うならロードサービスに頼んで下さいとマニュアル回答。
その後、他のメーカーの整備工場に連絡したらとりあえず見てみます！と見てもらい凄く丁寧な対応で数日の修理で直りました。
やはり正規店はしっかり時間かけて丁寧ののかもしれませんが融通聞かないものなんですね。非常に残念

このお店で購入していないので手厚い対応なんてしてもらえないし、してもらわなくても良いと思っていましたが…
このお店を利用しようと検討されている方の為に、口コミを投稿しておきます。
修理後、キーを渡されて家に帰る途中、インストパネルが外れたままになっているのに気が付きました。
また入庫前には2/3ぐらいは燃料が入っていたのですが、エンプティランプが点灯するぐらいに減っている。
整備をエンジン掛けたままやる事はあるでしょうけど、一言ガソリン入れてくださいねと声を掛けて欲しかったですね。
パネルが外れたままなのは論外です。
最後のチェックはしなかったんでしょうか？
もし、ここでレガシィを購入していたのなら、また対応が違っていたかもしれません。
