とても親切なディーラーです。
A few years ago, a noise came from a car while traveling.
Even though it was still early in the morning, it was very helpful to have my car in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 閉店間際、クルマ片付けるのに対向車見向きもせず突っ込んできて平然としてる。悪びれる様子も無いので店員のレベルなんてたかが知れてるのでしょうね。
At the time of closing the store, I was able to clean up the car without looking at the oncoming car and plunged into it. It doesn't look like it's going to get ruined, so I guess you know the level of the clerk.

聞いてもわからないことがあれば調べて後日返事をくれる。
以前はト○タに乗っていたが、サービスがまったくなかった。
車もよく見てくれ、点検にだすと、洗車と中の掃除機もかけてくれます。
Correspondence is polite.
If you have any questions, I will look them up and reply to you at a later date.
I used to ride a tota, but there was no service at all.
They will take a closer look at the car, and if you send it out for inspection, they will wash the car and vacuum the inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サービスは最低です。リコールに行ってもお詫びも無ければ、待ち時間にお茶もでません、洗車もしてありません。トヨタや他のメーカーでは当たり前の事が出来ない様です。この支店だけかも知れませんが。また、この支店の新車見積りはかなり高く、競合無しで都内で見積ったら30万以上安くなりました。
Service is minimal. If there is no apology even if you go to the recall, there will be no tea or car wash in the waiting time. Toyota and other manufacturers seem to be unable to do what is normal. It may be just this branch. In addition, the new car estimate of this branch is quite high, and if it was estimated in Tokyo without competition, it was cheaper than 300,000.
