同じ客なのに・・・と思いつつ店内で待ち作業が終わって帰ったが、終始リコールに関してお詫びの言葉がありませんでした。
お客さんへの対応を車種で変えるなんて仕事の合間に時間作って来たのに怒りよりも哀しかったです。
これがスバルのやり方なのでしょうか⁈

2021年 追記
12年前大阪府下の他店で購入したレガシィでしたが、購入店がトラブル対応仕切れず問題も有ったので、購入後4年目から当時より整備面で定評の合った東大阪さんに担当変更しました。
その後10年境の大きなトラブルにも、真摯に対応していただき、最近では最後まで購入店で解消しなかった異音への対処など、東大阪さんに面倒を診て貰い、大変感謝しております。
営業さんも丁寧で、不快な気持ちに成った事は記憶にありませんが、些細な事でディーラー不満が合ったとしても、肝心の車への対処が丁寧ですので、その点でも帳消しかと存じ上げます。
整備士の方々は、色々と大変かとは存じ上げますが、東大阪スバルの伝統を上手く引き継げているようですので、今後とも宜しくお願い致します。

I don't remember the salesman being polite and uncomfortable, but even if the dealer dissatisfied with a trivial matter, he is polite in dealing with the car, so I think I should cancel it.

受付の姉ちゃん最悪。
整備士は質実剛健的なしっかりしている感じ。
電話して行くとこの時間に行くと伝えているのに誰も出てこないしほったらかし。
スタッフきたら何の件ですかみたいな。
故障でどうのこうとまた説明して見積出てくるまで30分。席への案内もドリンクの案内も無かった。
次ここでは買わないと思う。
星１つはちゃんと対応してくれた整備の方へ。
