とにかく待たされる。乗っていった車の名前を間違われるし、それに輪をかけて呼び出しの声は小さく聞き取れなくていつまでたっても帰れなかった。整備の予約も部品が入ってから決めましょうとか言っておきながらこっちからいつ頃整備できるか連絡する始末。部品が入った連絡すらなし??お前らから連絡よこさんかい?⚡客とのコミュニケーションも悪いし、古い車乗ってる客は客じゃない雰囲気ですね?
Anyway I will be waiting. I missed the name of the car I drove, and I couldn't hear the call when I looped around it. While telling me that we will decide on the maintenance reservation after the parts are included, we will contact you when we can repair from here. 不正発覚以降、それの修正対応に追われているのか点検等の日程確保が難しくなった気がする。以前は1~2週間前の連絡で予約出来たのが1ヶ月前でも希望日に予約できるか微妙なレベル。軽い気持ちで週末点検行くか~と思って連絡したら向こう1ヶ月は予定空いてませんと普通に言われる。平日ならいけるだろと思って聞いてみてもほぼ無理。飛び込みならともかく事前に平日の空きを聞いても無理だと言われると点検を頼む気持ちが失せてくる。この受付状況ではロングドライブチェックもまともに受けさせてもらえないと思う。 既存ユーザーにはお馴染みの感謝ディも大々的にやらなくなったし(それに代わるイベントはある模様)余程のスバル好きやお世話になってる営業さんでもいない限り乗り続けるのは無理な気がしてきた。新車購入特典もいいが既存ユーザーが気軽に足を運べる体制を準備して欲しい。メーカーは甘い言葉ばかり並べているけど末端ディーラーは点検整備のケツを持たされて死ぬほど忙しくてユーザーのことを気にしていられない。そういう感じが伝わってくる。

The new car purchase privilege is also good, but I want you to prepare the system that the existing user can feel free to visit. The manufacturers are all in sweet words, but the end dealers are so busy with their maintenance needs that they can't care about their users. Such feeling is transmitted.

Wi-Fi利用可能‼️CVTオイル交換のために始めて行ったけど接客態度は良くてそんなに待たされなかった‼️結構前から電話で事前予約をしておいた方が良い‼️

新車を買う以外のお客さんは相手にしないのがヒシヒシと感じます。こちらも好き好んでこのお店に来たんではないのですけど。一番近いのがこのお店なので仕方なく来てます。私は他県から引越しして来たため定期点検で初めてこのお店に来ましたが、顧客情報を登録してくれないので、点検の度に連絡先を説明させられます。文句を言ったことが有りますが、それでも変わらないので諦めました..... スバル車は好きなので乗り続けていますが、このディーラーは他メーカーを含めても私が知る限りブッチギリ最低最悪です。

Since I moved from another prefecture, I came to this shop for the first time for regular inspections, but since I do not register customer information, I am asked to explain the contact information every time I inspect. I have complained, but I gave up because it still does not change ..... I like Subaru cars so I continue to ride, but this dealer is the worst as far as I know, including other manufacturers ..

接客、丁寧で気持ちがいいです。スタッフへの教育が行き届いている感じです。 ショールームも改装後にとてもきれいになりました。 ドリンクはコロナ対策で、セルフサービスになっています。 入店時にきちんと検温等あるので、コロナ対策にも安心感があります。 Wi-Fiが使えるので、修理や整備を待っている間にもストレスは感じません。 どこでもそうだとは思いますが、事前に予約してから伺いました。 お店もきちんとスケジュールを組んでいるので、予約してから行くのがお店にも自分にもベストだと思います。

Drinks are self-service as a measure against corona. Since the temperature is properly measured when you enter the store, you can feel secure about corona measures. Wi-Fi is available, so you won't feel any stress while waiting for repairs or maintenance. I think it's the same everywhere, but I made a reservation in advance before visiting. The shops have a proper schedule, so I think it's best for both the shop and myself to go after making a reservation.
