純正のオイルエレメントじゃないとエンジンが壊れても保証しないといわれた。 延長保証のていぎがむちゃくちゃ。 キーレスの故障もお客様が勝手に着けたオーディオの影響で一度はずしてからじゃないと検査できないといわれ。 未だに故障したまま。

新車を購入ということで見積もりをしに行きましたが、その後1ヶ月間一切メールや電話等音沙汰がない。 担当してくださった方が係長なので安心してましたが、まさか売る気もないなんて… 新車購入する方はその後の対応が悪いので別のところを検討おすすめします。 (買うつもりで行ってたのですがこれのため辞めました)

他の方も仰ってますが、 基本的に車を全く弄らずにノーマルor 買った状態で乗り続ける方しか 相手にしない(出来ない)お店です。 ここで限定車を買ったりや技術的な相談をしても無駄です。 当方の場合 コンピューターを変えている=違法改造だと 言われました。笑 勿論車検も通る仕様なので失礼極まりない。 不具合の相談をしても、ノーマルに戻さなければ分からないの一点張りです。 試しにノーマルに戻して持って行っても、分からないと言われました笑 山科のスバルに持って行き 静かな車庫に車を移動してエンジンをかけると、タイミングベルトの修理ミスだとすぐに判断してもらえてモヤモヤがスッキリした。 初めから、オイル交換しか出来ませんって言えや雑魚販売店。
