★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サービスフロントの対応最悪。客を犯罪者扱い。説明が高圧的。客に客と思って対応してない。営業への依頼事項はごく簡単な事務的なことでも何回も言わないと対応されない。直営販社の本社だと考えると開いた口が塞がらない。二度とここでは買わない。

引っ越した関係で非直系ディーラーに移ったらそっちはまともだった。社員に対して変に自信持たせる教育とかしかしてないんだろうなと感じた。他の店舗でも同じ事感じたから、神奈川か直系ディーラーはおそらくみんな同じ。

買わない客、お金のない客は客ではありません。
素人が整備に関して希望を伝えることはできません。伝えたところで、素人では判断できないことなので修理に出します。もしくはそれはお勧めしませんと断られます。基本的には全部新品交換ですと言われ、見積もりすらなしにそれでは修理に出しますね。と強引に新品全交換の修理に持って行きますのでご注意を。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この店舗ができる前、まだ新幹線ガード下にあった頃からの付き合いで、点検に行きました。スバルの車は安全重視の点から、2代目から5代目と乗り継いできました。
以前はマニアックな人たちが好んだからか、人は多くなく、行きやすかったのが、ファミリー向けのコマーシャルをやってから人が増え、ちょっと気軽に行けなくなったかな。スバルにとってはいいことだけど。
感染症対策もしっかりやってくれてるので、安心して行けました。
