納車の前には外装はもちろん、内装の掃除までしていてくれて、とても気持ちよくなりました。
リピートはしたくありませんが、また何か困ったらお願いしたくなるお店です。

純正部品で付けかえたらいくら
社外だったらどこのをこれくらいなんで
つけますとかって説明なし。
ただ何が悪いって説明は細かく話されたが
別の客の案件を間違えて話し出されるし
大丈夫かよって感じで信用なし。
車を取りに行ってもおつりは間違えるし
ありがとうございましたの言葉もなく。
口だけ達者でちゃんと知識があるのかも謎
他をあたるかディーラーに
持ってけばいいと思った。
やっぱり金より信用とか人だと思う。
もう二度と頼むことはない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 修理の見積待ちで外で待っていると、工場の中で作業してる方が１人で修理してる車に向かって物凄い大きな声で怒鳴り声？唸り声？わめき声？をあげてる。おまけにお客様の車？の扱いがひどすぎる。私は応対してる方が修理内容を説明しはじめても気味が悪くて早く立ち去りたい気持ちで全く頭にはいりませんでしまた。こんなお店は初めてです。二度といきません。星一つもつけたくない。
When I was waiting outside for a repair quote, the person working in the factory yelled at the car being repaired by myself with a tremendous loud voice? Howl? Howling? I'm giving you. What's more, your car? Is treated too badly. Even if the person who was responding started to explain the repair contents, it was creepy and I wanted to leave early, so I didn't think about it at all. This is my first time at a store like this. I won't go again. I don't want to add a single star.
