★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 問い合わせのメールを送ってすぐにお電話して下さったのがとても好印象でこちらで契約しました。LINEでの細かいやりとりで疑問点・不明点などすぐに解消していただいたり、こちらの都合で内覧のスケジュールが合わなくてもリモートでしてくださるなど、担当の方の誠意を最初から最後まで感じられます。
一つだけ気になった点は、大まかな入居までのスケジュールや、契約説明時の大体の所要時間などを先に伝えて下さるとより安心できるかと思います。
