★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 商品は素敵ですが試着時声かけもなく外に出ても誰も来ず長い時間放置されました。腹が立って試着室に服を脱ぎ捨てて帰ろうとした頃やっと対応されましたが他のお店でも今までこんな事なかったし有り得ないです。試着に案内したら普通は気にかけるものですが。常連が多いのか一見客はどうでもいいようですのでこれからは手間がかかりますが有楽町店を利用します。それなりの値段ですので気持ちよいお買い物ができず残念でした。
 Product is wonderful, but no one came over even if it went outside without trying voice when it was left for a long time. When I got angry and tried to take off my clothes in the fitting room, I was finally dealt with, but other shops have not been able to do this until now. It is usually something you care if you are guided to the fitting. It looks like it doesn't matter if there are a lot of regular customers, so it will take some time from now, but we will use Yurakucho store. It was disappointing that I could not do pleasant shopping because it was a reasonable price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員さんがびっくりするほど冷たい。そこそこいいお値段なのに、H&●の店員さんの方がよっぽど愛想がいい。ちなみに大阪の店舗はよく行くけど、みんな親切です。
It's so cold that the clerk is surprised. Even though the price is reasonably good, the H & ● clerk is much more amiable. By the way, I often go to stores in Osaka, but everyone is kind.
