もともと柔軟性はそこそこあり、立ちブリッジまでは出来た娘ですが、こちらのバク転教室でコツを掴んだようです。
補助無しでバク転が出来るようになるには、自宅での練習が３週間ほど必要でしたが、スタジオでバク転の練習方法を学べたため、家でも効果的で安全な練習が出来ました。
他の習い事と重なってしまうため、短期教室しかお伺いてきませんが、娘はまだハンドスプリングが出来ないので、タイミングが合えば、またお願いできたらと思います。
A fourth grade daughter was taken care of in a short-term backflip classroom on winter vacation.
Originally there was some flexibility, and she was a daughter who was able to stand up to the bridge, but she seemed to get the knack in her backflip classroom.
It took about three weeks of practice at home to be able to do backflip without assistance, but since I learned how to practice backflip in the studio, I was able to practice effectively and safely at home.
I will only visit the classroom for a short period because it overlaps with other lessons, but my daughter can not do hand spring yet, so if the timing is right, I would like to ask again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 全てがザツでした時間に大変ルーズ教え方も雑挨拶なしお菓子を食べてる子ぼーつと座ってる子もいましたプロフェッショナルではなかったです体操クラブとして機能してません残念でした
Everything was crazy. Very loose at the time. No teaching method or miscellaneous greetings. Some children were eating sweets and some were sitting. I wasn't a professional. It wasn't working as a gymnastics club.
