裏の道から環状4号線に出ようとするときにアップライトの光が半分道路側にも向かっているため目が眩む。通行人だけでなく運転されるかたも眩しく感じてると思います。
塾に通う子供たちや帰宅時間で交通量がかなり多い場所です。事故が起こる前に改善してもらいたいです。
光害について条例による規制はありませんが、大事な看板を照らす灯りです。照明効果だけでなく、それがもたらす影響についても勉強していただきたいと思います。
