1年以上通ってますが、柔軟性も出ましたし、身体のラインもかなり変わりました！
インストラクターの先生方も明るくて話しやすいので楽しく通えてます！
 This is a large open-air studio, with lots of sunshine and it feels so good.
I have been through for more than a year, but I have some flexibility, and my physical line has changed considerably!
As instructors of instructors are bright and easy to talk, I can attend happily!
