★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駅から近く、部屋の大きさもちょうどよく、機材がきちんとしていて安い。受付の人によらずサービスが安定しています。カウンターでカップコーヒーを飲んで時間まで待てるのもなかなか。

カフェ機能もあるので、コーヒーが好きな方には嬉しいサービスかと思います。
ですが、機材が酷い。全くメンテナンスされてない軽音部レベルのドラムセット。
TAMAのスタークラシックでしたが、
・チューニングはぐちゃぐちゃ
・ペダルは踏むとスプリングがキコキコ鳴る
・ペダルのヒンジが割れていてペダル半壊状態。
僕はキックペダルとスネアは持ち込みでやるので影響はありませんでしたが、上記の状況から店員さんにチューニングできる人が居ないと判断し、スタジオに入ってタム、フロアタム、バスドラムまで全部チューニングし直しました。
一緒に居たメンバーもアンプの調子が悪いと悪戦苦闘していて、全員が音を出せるまでにだいぶ時間を割かれました。
利用料金内での貸し出しとはいえ、もうちょっと考えてほしい。利用者は防音のあるスタジオ空間のみならず、機材も含めてスタジオを利用している事を理解してほしい。

Though it is lending within the usage charge, I want you to think a little more. Users should understand that they use the studio as well as the soundproof studio space.
