フリーWi-Fiなども完備されているのでZOOMなどリモートもやり易いです
 I use it as a rental studio in my spare time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ダンスの自主練でレンタルさせていただいています。
広いし設備も普通にあるので助かっているのですが、２つあるスタジオの内、第2スタジオ（狭い方）を借りていて、第1スタジオで通常レッスンが始まると地獄です。
恥ずかしさの地獄。
大人は気を遣ってくれますが、ちびっ子達は第2スタジオ内にある自販機を利用する為に遠慮なく入って来ますし、キッズスペースも第2スタジオにあるので、全然集中できません。
だったら第1スタジオを借りれば…言われそうですが、利用料金が高くなるのですよ。
第1スタジオに自販機とキッズスペースを置いて欲しい…
もしくはしっかりした壁を設置して見えなくして欲しい…
それ以外はとても良いスタジオだと思います。
We rent it for our own dance.
It's helpful because it's large and the facilities are normal, but of the two studios, I rent the second studio (the narrower one), and when the regular lessons start in the first studio, it's hell.
Hell of embarrassment.
Adults care, but little kids come in to use the vending machines in Studio 2, and the kids' space is also in Studio 2, so I can't concentrate at all.
Then, if you rent the first studio ... You might be told, but the usage fee will be higher.
I want you to put a vending machine and a kids space in Studio 1 ...
Or I want you to install a solid wall to make it invisible ...
Other than that, I think it's a very good studio.
