★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約のときダイレクトメールを送っても返信が2週間以上ない（結局メールは無視）、電話を何度かけても繋がらない。たまたま知り合いから連絡を繋いでもらい、予約はできました。
撮影当日は普通によかったが、撮影後1ヶ月以内に携帯用データを送ると言われて、1ヶ月半経っても送られて来ず、こちらから連絡を入れて数日後やっと送られてきました。
料金内に含まれていたデータDVDもすぐに送りますとのことだったが、3ヶ月経っても未だに送られてきてません。せっかく娘の1歳の誕生日の記念写真が最悪の思い出になりました。
客に対する対応がありえない。

It was normal on the day of shooting, but it was said that I would send mobile data within a month after shooting, and it did not arrive even after a month and a half, and it was finally sent a few days after I contacted from here. ..
It was said that the data DVD included in the price will be sent immediately, but it has not been sent even after 3 months. The commemorative photo of my daughter's 1st birthday became the worst memory.
There can be no response to customers.
