購入から車検まで利用しましたが、残念ながら起こった事を以下に記します。 ◾️納車時 ・契約前に確認して無かったキズが納車時についていた(ボンネットの飛び石) →指摘するがうやむやにされる ・納車後すぐににタイヤホイールを交換した際、タイヤに釘が刺さっていてパンクしていた →点検時見落としの可能性が極めて高い ・納車時に営業担当者の挨拶すら無い。 ◾️保証 395項目の部品の保証とあるが、保証料が高い (約40万円) 車体が相場よりも安いと感じたが、このようなカラクリ有り。 ちなみに当店以外で車検整備などを受けると保証が無効となる様です。 ◾️車検 上記保証が無効となる為車検に出しました。 車が帰ってきたら車体側面に線キズがつけられました。 こんな事なら出さなければ良かった。 希少な1点モノの車両があった為購入しましたが、上記の事より今後は二度と利用したくないと思います。

When the car came back, line scratches were attached to the side of the car body. It would have been nice if I couldn't give it out. I bought it because there was a rare one-piece vehicle, but I don't want to use it again from the above.

見積もりだしてと3回程度お願いしても話をそらされ見積もり出さず大体の値段で済ませられました。本気で購入検討しており他店の同車種、同走行距離の車の値段を伝えるとうちでは無理と営業態度の悪さが顕著です。 またキャンペーン期間に行って振る舞いサービスやプレゼントの類いもありましたが一切貰えず早々と帰ってきました。 この様な営業態度のイマイチな悪質中古車店舗です。

非常に悪いです。 納車時にパーツ交換を依頼したところ別のパーツが装着されており、その旨を伝えたが、当初店側に間違いはないという主張でした。 伝票との齟齬を説明したところ、一切謝罪は無いままに、元に戻す提案があったので了承。 自らに非があり、結果『元に戻す』のであれば、その間の対応を上手くやるだけで、お客さんの受け取り方、評価は違うものになると感じました。 地元のお店なので、今後の改善点として頑張って欲しいと思っています。

車を購入し車検に出しましたが、見積もりの金額を見てビックリ…日数も無かったのでお願いしましたが…1時間も掛けて点検見積もり出したのに、数日後、他に故障が見つけられたので新たに3万ちょいの修理費との事で…もうこちらには車検は頼まないと思います… 室内のシートも車検戻って来てタオルで拭いたのですが本革シートが拭いたらタオル真っ黒で助手席の方はそれほど汚れて無かったので汚いまま車を移動してたのだと思われます。2週間程預けてたので…テールランプも片方切れて戻って来ました。しかも購入時の不具合(内側から水漏れ)でヘッドライトを片方交換(中古だったので左右の透明度が合わず3回ほど足を運び)今では交換した方だけ黄ばんで来て、交換する時も夏場だったので中に虫が3、4匹未だに死骸がゴムパッキン辺りに入ってます。車検の時、取るように言ったのですが、そのまま戻って来ました。ホント最低な所です。オイル交換無料とか歌ってますが、タイヤ交換時期なんか予約1ヶ月も先…もう自腹で他の所でしてます。星ゼロは出来ないんですかね?! タイヤのエア漏れを見てもらった時も、漏れてる箇所は無かったのでエアバルブ交換しておきました。て1つ2千円も取られて、それでも数日後エアチェックすると、やはりエア漏れしててスタンドで見てもらったら、何か刺さってたらしくパンク修理で2千円掛からずに直りました…

細かいと長くなるので省略致しますが。 勝手に何も言わず、ローン会社に審査書類出してました。他の車屋で、ローン掛けた時に最近ローンを掛けましたが回答は一緒ですとお返事が来て怪しいと思い、カーライフの担当に聞いたら審査に出しましたと、、。星何か一つも付けたくないですね。

最高✨ 納車時の初期不良があって、点検があまいのかとも思うけど、指摘したら無償で直してくれる。バッテリー不良も新品に交換してくれる。購入時、価格据置で新品スタッドレス付けてくれたり、いろいろわがまま聞いてくれました! なんでこんなにサービスしてくれるんだろう。ストリートライフでの車の購入は、今回で我が人生4、5台目です。自社設備で整備も板金も出来て、気の利くメンテナンス作業の方もいて、満足しかしていないです。
