★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めてお店に行きました。感染対策しっかりと行っていて、安心して食事がをできました。マスクを外した時にも保存袋も用意されていました。牛タンシチューは、とってもお肉が柔らかくデミグラスソースもとっても美味しいです。ステーキもお手頃のお値段で美味しく頂きました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現在32周年のテキサスステーキ300g1980円をいただきました。なかなかのお肉で硬いです。ここは女将さんの機嫌を損ねないよう客が気を使う店です。女将さんが忙しくしてる時にメニューの質問してはいけません。書いてありますと言われます。驚きのあまり聞き直すと無視され会計時には今ならさつまいも5本ほどラッピングされたのを貰えますが私の時には隠されマスク1枚のみのプレゼントでした。その後の客はさつまいも。初めて行きましたがこんな扱いで驚きました。

落ち着いた雰囲気の店内、静かにランチを楽しめる感じです。
ステーキランチ200gを注文。
火の入れ具合を聞かれませんでしたが、鉄板の1部が熱せられているので、あまりレアは好きではない自分は好みの焼き具合に出来ました。
サラダはドレッシングは手作りみたいで、梅はさっぱりして美味しかった。
コーンスープも米粉？でとろみをつけたと説明されましたが、これも美味しかったです。
ステーキは筋も無く、柔らかくて赤身の肉を食ってるって感じで満足でした！

I ordered 200g of steak lunch.
I wasn't asked how the fire was put in, but I didn't like rare because a part of the iron plate was heated, so I was able to cook it to my liking.
The salad dressing seemed to be handmade, and the plums were refreshing and delicious.
Is corn soup also rice flour? It was explained that it was thickened, but it was also delicious.
The steak had no streaks, and I was satisfied with the feeling that I was eating tender and lean meat!
