また、物件情報などの連絡が電話ではなくラインで出来るので、過去のやり取りもすぐ見返せてとても便利です。
地理も分からず色々と不安でしたが、担当の方が些細なことでも分かりやすく教えてくれて安心できました。
気に入った部屋を借りることができ、その周辺のスーパーなどの住まい情報も教えてくれて助かりました。

Miyamoto-san really understands the concerns of his clients, and looks for the right apartment for them. He was sure to let me know, "You don't have to decide on this place if you're not sure. I don't want you to live in a place and regret the decision afterwards". This meant a lot to me, and showed me he cared not just about receiving a commission fee, but about helping me find the right new home for me.
I'm truly grateful for the level of dedication and care Miyamoto-san puts into his job.
