★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一回目は、シェービングのみでお願いしました。外観も男性が入りやすく、店内も落ち着いていて素敵でした。エステシェービングと言うのをお願いしました。とても丁寧な接客で、次回はカットもお願いしたいなと思いました。
そして、二回目はカットとシェービングをお願いしに伺いました。前回と同じく丁寧な接客でカウンセリングをしてくださり、長さも細かく聞いてくださり、髪質に合わせたアドバイスもしていただき、これからもここに通いたいなと思いました。シェービングもあまりの気持ちよさにうたた寝してしまうほどでした。
しかし、シャンプーの時にシャワーが襟にかかって、水染みが背中までついてしまいました。水色のシャツだったこともあり、とても目立ちました。起き上がったときも明らかに見えているにも関わらず、謝罪の一言もありませんでした。
その後もなにも無かったかのように会話され、会計の時も一切触れられませんでした。
一言謝ってくれれば、こんなにも不愉快な気持ちになることも無かったのに非常に残念です。
私はそのあと大切な用事があったので、とても困りました。
店内の雰囲気も良く、スタイリスト(オーナー)さんの接客も丁寧なのに、謝罪の言葉も言えないプライドの高いお店でした。
あと、トイレもとってもきれいでした。
これから通いたいと思っていたのに本当に残念です。
本当は、★ゼロのところですが、素敵なお店なのにもったいないと言うことで、★4つにします。こんなことさえ無ければ本当に通いたかったので、残念です。
もし、来店される予定のある方は、汚れてもよい服を着ていかれた方が良いかもしれません。
For the first time, I asked only for shaving. The appearance was easy for men to enter, and the inside of the store was calm and nice. I asked you to call it esthetic shaving. It was a very polite customer service, and I wanted to ask for a cut next time.
And the second time I asked for cutting and shaving. As with the last time, he gave me counseling with the same polite customer service, asked me in detail about the length, and gave me advice according to the hair quality, so I would like to continue to go here. The shaving was so comfortable that I fell asleep.
However, when I was shampooing, the shower hung on my collar and water stains got on my back. It was a light blue shirt, so it was very noticeable. There was no word of apology, even though it was clearly visible when I got up.
After that, the conversation was held as if nothing had happened, and I was not touched at all during the accounting.
If you apologize for a word, I'm very sorry that I didn't feel so unpleasant.
I had an important business after that, so I was in great trouble.
The atmosphere inside the restaurant was good, and although the stylist (owner) was polite in serving customers, it was a highly prideful restaurant where I couldn't even say an apology.
Also, the toilet was very clean.
I'm really sorry that I wanted to go from now on.
Actually, it's ★ zero, but it's a nice shop, but it's a waste, so I'll make it ★ 4. It's a shame because I really wanted to go if there wasn't such a thing.
If you plan to visit the store, you may want to wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty.
