出口から見たら地上3階に有ります。
It is located in the center concourse in Takadanobaba Station on the Seibu Shinjuku Line. The location is a little confusing.
Seen from the exit, it is on the 3rd floor above the ground.

Staff don't seems to be trained on being eco friendly.
Not asking if you want to be served hot coffee in a mug cup you get served directly in a paper cup with plastic lid that you end up throwing in the rubbish bin.

It is useful for its srore hours, from 6 A.M to 11 P.M everyday??
Not so spacious and many seats, so you can take a brief coffee break before changing ? ☕️
