The cashier was a bit shy of me (obvious English-speaker) but we got through the order without a hitch. The drink I had was well-made. It was one of the seasonal specialty drinks which turned out to be TERRIBLE, but that wasn't this place's fault. All in all, surprisingly clean and quiet location in the middle of a busy area. If you really need a drink, it's not a bad place to swing into. It's part of the Shinsei Bank building.

If you have baggage with you it is better to choose a counter table so that you don’t bother someone beside you if you sit in the shared table.. *the distance between chairs is quite near.. Anyway it’s a recommended cafe if you want to spend your time waiting for something or someone, or doing some small works..
B	Bert Kimura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very conveniently located on main street adjacent to East exit of JR Motomachi Station. Busy on weekends, not so on weekdays. Service adequate, not as quick as other more popular SB shops in Japan. Frappuccino OK.

The food items seem locally inspired, but the drink options are standard Starbucks fare. The Starbucks is located in the lobby of the bank, while they have separate entrances. There is some nice artwork in the seating area and TV's with financial news. Apparently during the holiday pre-pre-season they play Christmas music.
