L	Luca Ruggieri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome place! Tables inside and outside, single person "cubicles", 4 stories of coffe, tea, bread and sweets. The location is top noch during the sakura season. Need to line up even during working days in the afternoon and morning on holidays. Abandon all hope of getting inside during Sakura season ?

They have four floors with outstanding view if drink coffee in balcony, location is about 10 minutes by walk from station which is not good. Staff cannot speak English, but very coperative

I actually didn’t get in, it is during sakura so it will be crowded usually. It will be wonderful experience if you get a chance to dine in, so please give a try, it has big Don-quixotic at the side of the shop which is to the main road

The place is beautiful with each floor has its own theme (first floor is the general cafe, second floor is for tea, third floor is for lounge, fourth floor.. Don't remember, sorry!). We're here partly for the coffee but most of it is for the experience. The F&B here are more expensive than the usual Starbucks (of course). The staffs dress in a higher-end style but the hospitality is the same like Starbucks outlet anywhere else in Japan. Top notch. For me this isn't the place I'd go regularly but once in a while is okay.
S	Sutirtha Das on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great coffee & ambience. The entry is ticket limited and there is a large line early morn on weekends before the shop even opens. If you want a terrace seat, rush to the 3rd floor and line up for the terrace seats (1.5hrs). It can be a 1hr wait otherwise. Coffee, food, desert order is on the 1st floor, tea 2nd, drinks 3rd. They sell some limited edition beans which are really good, if pricey. And some nice cups/mugs too. The view is really nice during Sakura season but not mind blowing nice. As a coffee place it's great, but crowded. Recommended you visit once & try the affogato with your specialty coffee.

Arrive early for your ticket because the wait can be up to 3 hours or more. Each floor is a different Starbucks focus. Definitely worth a visit.

We went from Floor 3 to Floor 1. Got a drink and split food to taste a variety of things on each floor! The art work is stunning! The staff are so friendly and helpful! Staff speak English and Japanese. Special shout out to the worker with tag name: Masaki from Chiba who took the time to explain the process of making coffee! It was a great place to relax after days of go go travel! Also, whiskey coffee beans in Japan!! Takes credit card and yen. Menu in Japanese and English.
