It is too small considering its location. It needs a larger space and more tables.

I order, paid, sat and connect my laptop to the electric plug, then the waitress comes to disconnect it and said that they do not allow charging, opposite to all Starbucks I know.

Great resting sanctuary and suitable WiFi, recharging time over coffee. Adjacent to JR Yotsuya Station so can avoid rain, wind nor shine.

Go there every weekend, can never sit cause no vacant seats! And since the majority of the customers come alone, they occupy two seats... It's really frustrating! The service is good though.

A few vacant seats at 9:00am on a work day. A big pillar in the middle of the shop, and a nice patio outside without chairs. Otherwise similar to most other Tokyo Starbucks.

The lady who served me frap was so sweet! She drew cute smile on a cup, the whipping was very careful. I love Starbucks!

A small and really busy place. It's difficult to find a free seat and it's also difficult to charge your computer and phone. Still very convenient location and the coffee and the service is great.

...Worst thing about Starbucks in Japan—is their hatred of people who simply want a cup of coffee. It’s a money-making machine, full of nervously-behaved ‘partners’ that are deluded that they’re actually baristas...and better* than they actually are: minimum waged staff. The woman at the register, with all her entitlement, mixed with bad training—is to respond (only) in Japanese and fail to *listen to the actual customer. ‘Iced Venti Coffee’ is fairly a simple, globalized order that Starbucks has trained to its employees to know, in protocol for orders....this bi-focaled person, perhaps ignorant (or over nervous) keeps *pointing at the menu, speaking only in Japanese, and *not listening to the customer. The workers nervously (try) to wipe the tables—but it’s really to make customers think twice about eating a croissant they bought next door. HOW ABOUT SELLING CROISSANTS and something we’d actually want instead of another scone nobody wants!?!?.... This is pure goal for profit and it’s disdain for customers. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve worked at multiple Starbucks in my lifetime...but this kind of “policy” won’t work anymore. Good luck. Maybe don’t (appear to be so rude) and just have complete contempt for the people who keep you in business. This person pictures needs human-skills...even with other customers she’s completely awkward.
