J	JIRU TARU on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高速で出掛ける時は旧SAの時から使わせてもらっています。以前の蓮田SAのスタバは外のベンチしかなく、夏は暑くて冬は寒かったのですが今回は店舗内に座る所があるので助かります。ただ、普通のスタバみたいな大きさは無いため、座っている目の前をお客さんがレジ待ちで並ぶ為、あまりゆっくりした気持ちで楽しむ事は出来ない気はしますが…（汗）店内は、新店なだけあり綺麗です。 When going out at high speed, I have been using it since the time of the old SA. The previous Hasuda SA Starbucks had only an outside bench, which was hot in the summer and cold in the winter, but this time is saved because there is a place to sit inside the store. み	みいころ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今、ご当地「ストロベリー&シトラスフラペチーノ」を展開しているせいか、それだけを作る人が2人いる中、他全般を作る人が1人。そしてレジ1人。普通のコーヒーフラペチーノを頼んだら、後からの3人の方が早く出来上がり暫し待ちとなりました。そして、その後ろの3人は御年配の方でしたが、レジの方にアレコレ尋ねていたら早口で、「只今、埼玉ご当地フラペチノ〜」と、オススメしてるのだけど、いかにも後ろが混んできているのでオススメして会計済ませたいようにしてる風に、聞き取れる雑なご案内でした。他のスタバでは有り得ない(笑) Perhaps because we are developing the local "Strawberry & Citrus Frappuccino", there are two people who make only that, but one who makes everything else. And one cashier. When I ordered an ordinary coffee Frappuccino, the latter three people completed it earlier and waited for a while. And the three people behind it were elderly people, but when I asked the cashier about it, I quickly said, "Now, Saitama local frappetino ~", but the back is really crowded. A	AKIKO (匿名ネキあきぃ) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一般道からいつも通ってるんですけど、モバイルオーダーして、ちゃんと受け取りの立ち位置に居てもなかなか声掛けてもらえなくて…目の前に居ても声掛けてもらえないのがとても残念です。(声掛けた方が良いのでしょうか？) 時間が経って待ってる間に上のホイップがくたびれた感じになった時はショックでした。スタバ自体には問題ないので、もしかしたらモバイルオーダーよりもレジで注文した方が良いかもしれません。 I always go from the general road, but even if I place a mobile order and I'm in the position to receive it, it's hard to get a call ... I'm very sorry that I can't get a call even if I'm in front of me. (Is it better to speak out?) I was shocked when the whip above felt tired while I was waiting for a while. も	もりねぇ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜の19時過ぎに寄りました。人は少なくすぐにレジへ。席も設置されてますが、ほぼテイクアウトか店外で利用という感じでした。対応してくださったのは、40〜50代の男性。なかなか決まらないこちらを急かすことなく、ゆったりと対応。連れの子どもが気になったスィーツにもすぐ気がついてくださり、押し付けがましくなくフードロス対応で割引になっていることを伝えてくださいました。アメリカンワッフルをお願いするとさっと温めてくださり、渡すときも一言二言気持ちの良い言葉をかけていただき気持ちが柔らかくなります。寒が急に戻った日でしたので、心温まる時間でした。ドリンクの受渡しをしてくださった女性の対応も素敵で、気持ちの良いお店でした。また、機会があったら、絶対に寄りたいと思います。 I stopped by after 19:00 on Sunday. y	yofukashi _3 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東北自動車道上り線「蓮田PA」にあるスタバ。初めて訪れましたが、PA自体の場所が以前の場所からもう少し上り寄りになったようで、古いカーナビだと以前のPAを案内することがあるかもしれません。スタバ自体はPAの店舗らしく、ほぼテイクアウト専門店。ですが、ホスピタリティはスタバクオリティで素晴らしかったです。 Starbucks on the Tohoku Expressway up line "Hasuda PA". I visited for the first time, but the location of the PA itself seems to be a little higher than the previous location, and if it is an old car navigation system, it may guide the previous PA. Starbucks itself seems to be a PA store, almost a takeout specialty store. But the hospitality was great with Starbucks quality.
