0	0 7 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スターバックスには珍しく、ひとりだけ元気の無い、感じの良くない男性スタッフの方がいます。その人に2回当たりましたがドリンク作って渡してくれて、ケーキとドリンク購入したので紙袋に入れて渡してくれたんですが、渡す時にまず暗い。紙袋で渡されてストロー入ってないの初めてでした。車の中で飲もうと思ってたので、またお店まで取りに戻りました。さっき購入したお客さんがストローだけ取りに戻ってきたら、自分がストロー入れ忘れたって事気付きますよね？謝れとは言わないけど、お店出る時、ありがとうございましたも言われない。レジ対応してくれた方は言ってくれました。ストロー入れ忘れた本人は無視でした。あと、ドリンク2つの上にケーキ斜めに置くなら一言、こちらにお乗せしてもよろしいですか？くらいコミュニケーション取った方がいいと思う、、その一言でこちらの気持ちが全然変わります。スタバの店員さんでここまでレベル低い人は初めてです。 Unusual for Starbucks, there is only one unpleasant male staff member who is not energetic. 小	小島徳子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家が近いため週に2〜4回は利用しています。いつもトイレが汚いです。最近はいつ来てもゴミ箱がいっぱい、テーブルの清掃消毒も行き届いていなくて残念です。恥ずかしいですが、自分でいつもテーブルを拭くのですが、今日はペーパーも切れておりました。スタッフはたくさんいるので指導の問題ではないかと。お店の雰囲気や接客など、長の考えや行動がそのままスタッフに現れていくので店長さん頑張ってください！今後も期待を込めて利用し見守っております！！ I use it 2-4 times a week because my house is near. Please note that it is not Vallier 2. It was easier to access once I got out of the station than going from inside the station.
