う	うえのちえこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 立地的に仕方ないとは思いますが朝方のドライブスルーは必ず並んでるのと、並んだら駐車場内も広くないので戻れなかったりと時間に余裕のないときは、やめておいた方がよいです。長いとオーダーまで5分以上待つことも。基本、駐車場もいっぱいです。なかなか、進まない時はスタバ独特のどんな時でも慌てない接客が善し悪しだな、と感じることもしばしば。丁寧さは良いことなんですけどね。 I think it can't be helped in terms of location, but the drive-throughs in the morning are always lined up, and if you can't go back because the parking lot isn't large, you should stop. If it is long, you may have to wait 5 minutes or more before ordering. Basically, the parking lot is full. When it's hard to make progress, I often feel that the customer service that is unique to Starbucks and is not in a hurry is good or bad. Politeness is a good thing, though.
佐	佐藤太郎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタバの接客で嫌な思いをしたのは初めてでした。まずレジについてもいらっしゃいませの一言がなく無言。ドリンクを頼んだが聞きとれなかったのか耳をこちらに向け無言。「もう一度お願いします。」くらい言えないのでしょうか。ジェスチャーで聞き返すってバカにされてるみたいで不快でした。私の接客の時は全体的に笑顔がなかったのですが、その後の年配のサラリーマンには笑顔で接客してました。客によって態度を変えるのですか。見るからに年下の客だからと侮らず、平等に接客してください。いつもは気持ちの良い接客をしてくれる方が多いのでとても残念でした、、、。 It was the first time I had an unpleasant feeling when serving Starbucks customers.
