★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタバで飲むのは、注文がめんどくさいと思っていたので普段は避けていましたが、疲れて座りたかったのと、喉の乾きに負けて、近くのスタバに入りました。
今までめんどくさいと言ってゴメンナサイ! 店員さんがすごく親切で、明るくて、ホントにいい笑顔。疲れがとれました。また飲みに行くね?
 I usually avoided drinking at Starbucks because I thought it would be awkward to order, but I was tired and wanted to sit down, so I lost my thirst and entered a nearby Starbucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 友人とふたりでアイスコーヒーにホイップクリームトッピングで注文したらアイス用の容器入れずホット用の容器に入れられて、せっかくのホイップクリームが蓋でペチャンコになってた。友人が店員さんに『これアイスコーヒーですか？』と聞くと『飲んでもらったらわかると』無愛想な対応。楽しいお茶の時間が不愉快な、お茶の時間に…勘弁してほしい。
お客さんに優しい対応をしてほしいわ。

モール開店前から入れる数少ない店舗ですので、混雑もありますが、いつも便利に使わせてもらってます。
The seats are separated by acrylic plates, and there are appropriate intervals so that you can sit comfortably.
It's one of the few stores that can be opened before the mall opens, so it may be crowded, but I always use it conveniently.
