Today was a bazaar. The time was 11:30 to 15:00. Yakitori and yakisoba were delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この教会は森鴎外の作品「青年」の冒頭部分で田舎から出てきた主人公の青年が知り合いの下宿を訪ねる時に記述された教会のようだ。
それにしても「東京聖テモテ教会」とは変わった名称だ。
信仰すると女性にもてそうな名称だ。（写真）
「青年」を発表したのが1911年だからこの教会は100年以上前からここにあることになる。（写真）
清掃のボランティア団体の名称のようだ。（写真）
This church seems to have been described when the young man from the country at the beginning of Mori Ogai's “Youth” visits an acquaintance's boarding house.
Even so, it is a different name from “Tokyo St. Timothy Church”.

教会であることはすぐにわかります。「自由にご見学ください」との案内がありましたが、外観だけ見させていただいて通り過ぎました。
東京聖テモテ教会は1903年(明治36年)アメリカ人宣教師ウェルボーンによって設立され、「神を崇める者」という意味の聖テモテの名をいただいて活動を展開しているのだそうです。
As you walk, you will see a cross at the tip of the triangular roof.
It's easy to see that it's a church. There was a guide saying "Please feel free to visit", but I just saw the exterior and passed by.
The Tokyo St. Timothy Church was founded in 1903 (Meiji 36) by the American missionary Wellborn, and is said to have been developing activities under the name of St. Timothy, which means "a person who worships God."
