二度、この式場の結婚式・披露宴に参加しました。
一回目に参加したときは、事前に食物アレルギーについて伝えており、式場も対応するということだったのですが、全く配慮されていませんでした。
わたしのアレルギーは混入していても目に見えるものではなく、アレルギー物質が入ったものを知らずに口にしてしまい、蕁麻疹などの症状が出てしまい、楽しいはずの披露宴が台無しになってしまいました。
二回目に参加した時ももちろん事前に伝えていましたが、やはり対応されていませんでした。
このときは式場に不信感を抱いていたので、当日にアレルギー対応がされているか自ら確認したところ、対応していないし、アレルギー物質が入っているものを代替品に変えることはできず、品数を少なくすることしかできないと言われました。
新婦に後日その話をしたところ、打ち合わせの際は代替品を出すし、アレルギー対応もすると言われたと、大変ショックを受けていました。
アレルギーは命に関わることですし、誠実な対応を望みます。
料理も口にできないほどまずく、みずぼらしいものでした。
披露宴会場についてから、飲み物が提供されるまで何十分も待たないといけないのも改善の余地があると思います。
とにかく最低の式場です。
せっかくの晴れ舞台の日にこんな式場を選択するのは大きな間違いだと思いますし、今後友人がここを使う予定があるようならば、全力で止めたいと思います。

I talked to the bride at a later date, and I was very shocked when I was told that I would give alternatives and deal with allergies at the meeting.
Allergies are life-threatening and we want a sincere response.
The food was so bad that I couldn't even taste it.
I think there is room for improvement in the banquet hall, where you have to wait a long time before the drinks are served.
Anyway, it is the lowest ceremony hall.
I think it's a big mistake to choose such a ceremony on a sunny day, and if your friends plan to use it in the future, I'd like to stop it.

輸入品なので歴史を感じられる素敵なものです。
結婚式をした当時は完全な独立式教会だったので、人数入るなら誰でも呼べました。
別会場で親族のみ小さい披露宴、二次会で友達と…という状況でも友人や会社の先輩達も式だけお祝いに来てくれて良い式ができました。
記念日にたまに行きます。

スタッフの方はテキパキした感じで誘導もスムーズ。
控え室が二階にあり、エレベーターが無いのがちょっと困りました。

スタッフの方々も非常に親切で丁寧な対応をしてくださるので、気持ちよく参加することができました。
