★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aphex twinというイギリスの著名音楽家の肖像権及び著作権を無許可で利用し、彼の顔(ジャケット写真)を大々的に前面にプリントした服を製造販売しているミドリカワというブランドを取り扱っており、ブランド側に問い合わせ無許可であることを確認した後にSTcompanyへ電話し販売停止を求めましたが拒否され、その後も黙認し販売を継続しています。
ブランドとSTcompany共に非公式であることは明記せず、SNS等で公式であるかの質問をしても無視されます。他人の価値を利用して違法に作られた下劣な服を販売していることで同罪であること、なによりも顧客に金銭を支払わせその罪を着せてしまっているという事の重大さにこの会社は気づいていません。ここに書いた事は全て事実で、モラルのある適切な処置を頂けたと判断すれば即刻削除します。Aphex Twinの音楽を愛する者として今後も可能な範囲での抗議を続けます。
