昨日給油しました。
給油口そばのボディーに給油ノズルがぶつけられ、線状のこすられ傷をつけられました。
そのスタッフは何も言わず、隠しました。
ここ、教育がなってません。最悪です。

店員さんはハキハキとした受け答えで
対応されてされた側は気持ちの良いものですが
あれはは強制されて行っているのです。
店員さんは皆月ごとにノルマを果たされているのです。
受け答え、給油中の間を挟んでオイルチェック、バッテリーの点検
ランプのチェックなどをプッシュして来ます。
連休期間中ともなると従業員３～４人が入口付近で旗を持って立たされ
歌舞伎町の繁華街に居る呼び込みのアンちゃんの如く
客引きをやらされております。
