接客態度がだんだん悪くなってきた。挨拶がなく、こちらから挨拶をしても返事もない。窓もフロントをささっと拭くだけになってきた。特に忙しい訳ではないようだが…。先日は自分の後に来た知り合いとは無駄話をしながら、その車は全部の窓を拭いていたので、客を見て接客態度・サービスが変わるようだ。価格も一般のフルサービス店と変わらずいい所がない。
It's a full-service shop on the road, so I used to use it from time to time, but I changed to another stand.
The customer service attitude is getting worse and worse. There is no greeting, and even if I say hello from here, there is no reply. The windows are just wiping the front. It doesn't seem to be particularly busy ... The other day, while talking to an acquaintance who came after me, the car was wiping all the windows, so it seems that the customer service attitude and service will change when I see the customer. The price is the same as a general full-service store, and there is nothing good about it.
