途中でレギュラーを入れてるのに気づいて止めましたが、何故かこちらの話を聞かずに、また勝手にハイオクを入れ直されました。
他の店員も関わりたくないのか知らぬ顔、全く信じられません。
伊那にある全ての出光は現品相違時のマニュアルがあるのか、こういう対応なんでしょうね。
20年らい行ってましたが、もう行きません。

出光興産のお客様サービスにお問い合わせの後、翌日に所長さんから謝罪のお電話を頂きました。
私が、平日電話に出られそうなお昼時を考えて下さったのでしょう、誠意のあるお電話を頂きました。
という事で☆３です。
I asked the clerk for high octane, but I made a mistake by inserting a regular.
I noticed that I had a regular on the way and stopped, but for some reason I didn't listen to this story and re-inserted the high octane without permission.
I can't believe the face I don't know if other clerk doesn't want to get involved.
I wonder if there is a manual for all Idemitsu in Ina when the actual product is different.
I've been there for 20 years, but I'm not going anymore.
postscript
After contacting Idemitsu Kosan's customer service, the director called me to apologize the next day.
I think I was thinking about the time when I could answer the phone on weekdays, so I received a sincere call.
